appropriate and durable return to work. We have the capability to
provide expert intervention on workplace issues, barriers to
return to work and productive life.

broad scope includes diverse expertise dealing with major
stakeholders including WCB, ICBC, disability insurers, physicians,
employers, unions, and lawyers.
We
are experts at providing interdisciplinary solutions to complex
functional and psychosocial issues.
This is accomplished utilizing the collaboration of
in-house rehabilitation disciplines: physicians, psychologists,
physiotherapists, chiropractors, occupational therapists, massage
therapists, kinesiologists, personal fitness trainers, vocational
specialists, case managers.
Philosophy and
Approach
We believe that
the whole person (bio-psycho-social) must be considered in the
rehabilitation process. Our
approach is the development and implementation of an objective,
timely, goal-oriented rehabilitation plan which is specifically
designed to optimize outcomes and minimize delays between
identification of barriers and the actions to overcome them.
Our goal is to reduce the compounding effects of delays in treatment by
applying the right resources at the right time.
We believe this approach is most effective when combined
with effective communication and planning among internal and
external stakeholders.
Our
overall objective is to assist our clients to become self-managing
and in control of their own rehabilitation.
This includes the de-medicalization of rehabilitation when
appropriate, thereby minimizing unnecessary reliance on the
medical system
